Our story starts in 2000, when we were founded as a spin-off from Arthur D. Little, the oldest strategy consulting firm in the world. Our mission was to help clients improve Strategy Execution through strategic initiative management.
In 2002, we joined forces with GITP International, an independent human resources consultancy, headquartered in the Netherlands and part of a worldwide network. This cooperation enabled us to blend GITP’s individual performance management expertise with our organisational approach to create a unique Strategy Execution formula.
In 2008, we launched the performance factory as a separate Strategy Execution knowledge centre.

WHERE CAN YOU FIND US?
Our headquarters are in Brussels, but we don’t spend much time there. We tend to travel a lot, convening in one of our partners’ offices, or working at our clients’ sites. And we also spend quite a bit of time on the phone, coaching people across the globe.
