The barometer contains an in-depth analysis of 1100 organisations of varying sizes in 23 sectors, 6 continents and 36 countries. The research covered managers across all business functions and management levels.
The results
Within most of theseorganisations, we found 4 significant execution gaps. I will cover them in more detail in the next blog posts. They are:
